The above thumbnails were generated to design a poster to increase the number of 18-25 year olds who give blood.

The main reasons this group do not donate are:
  • fear of needles ("it's not really a hassle, it won't hurt and it's not scary")
  • too busy (book online, takes 1 hour)
  • don't know how (website)
bandwagon/everyday - everyone's doing it - make it the norm - don't be the odd one out
celebrity endorsement - David Beckham in second thumbnail
pathos - feel guilty for not doing it when 1 in 4 will need blood, die without it
logos - it takes less than 1 hour, book online
ethos - if you give blood you'll have something in common with David Beckham.
